All orders will be sent out via tracked courier delivery.

Orders placed before 11am will be dispatched the same working day, any orders received after 11am will be dispatched the following working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, your order status will be updated and you will receive an email to inform you.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver within the stated timeframe, sometimes delays do happen within the courier network that are completely out of our control, Leigh Tackle and Bait cannot take responsibility for any delays that occur in transit once your parcel has been collected from us.

How do I track my delivery?

You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched with a link to the courier website where you can check the status and track your delivery.

How long does it take?

All items are sent with DX using a 24hr Next Working Day Service. (Orders must be placed by 11am for the next day) 

What if there is a problem with my delivery?

If your parcel has not arrived you can contact the courier directly by following the details on the confirmation text or email.

If your parcel has arrived and there is an issue with any of the items purchased, then please notify us by sending an email within 48 hours to info@leightackle.co.uk and a member of our online customer service team will be more than happy to help.


Any items being returned for refund must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging. Any items must be returned within 28 days of purchase for a refund to be offered. For any items returned after 28 days, you will be offered a credit in the form a digital gift card for the relevant amount.

We cannot take any responsibility for returns that go missing in transit, therefore please ensure you send returns using a tracked delivery method with proof of delivery to the below address:
